Christmas Story & Art Competition

Get creative this Christmas and take part in our parish Christmas Story & Art Competition!

As we look forward to our Christmas Craft Fair, we're inviting children and young people from our parish and local schools to share their imagination, creativity and faith through stories and artwork inspired by the Nativity.


Story Competition (Ages 6-16)
Write your own Christmas story based on the Nativity. You could retell the familiar story, imagine events from a different character's perspective, or create your own interpretation of the first Christmas.


Art Competition (Ages 6 and Under)
Draw a picture of Mary, Joseph and Baby Jesus in the stable. We can't wait to see your colourful and creative masterpieces!


🏆 Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each category, with winners announced at the Christmas Craft Fair.


📅 Closing date: Saturday 31 October 2026 at 6.00pm


📍 A collection box for entries will be available in the church foyer.


Please make sure your name and age are clearly written on the back of your entry. All stories and artwork will be displayed in the parish hall during the Craft Fair for everyone to enjoy.

This is a wonderful ministry that helps shape the spiritual, moral and educational life of our children.
