Parishioners Portal

We ask all parishioners to register with the parish so we have up to date records to stay in touch and serve you as best we can in all the circumstances of your life.

Registered parishioners are entered onto a secure password protected database called ChurchSuite that is accessible only to the parish clergy, administrative staff and volunteers who may need your information to perform their ministries. The only people with full access to the data held in the system are the clergy and paid parish secretary. Volunteers only have access to what they need to fulfil their roles and will use the data for administration purposes only.

At no time is your data passed on to any third party for any purposes without your express consent. 

We plan to use email as a way of communicating with parishioners to send you updates on parish matters that affect the regular running of the parish.

Accessing the portal

Registered parishioners who have provided us with an active email address have self-service access to update their own data and manage their communication options through the MyChurchSuite portal. MyChurchSuite can be accessed via the website by clicking the image below.

When logging into the portal always ensure the drop down box reads ‘MyChurchSuite’.

Alternatively you can access the portal by using the ChurchSuite app for your smartphone or tablet device available from the Apple Store or Google Play.
