The Bereavement Group is here to support anyone who has been bereaved or is grieving. Time is not important, it doesn’t matter how long ago you were bereaved. We are here to give support to you, to listen to you in the strictest confidence.
Everyone’s grief is different and everyone is different. Grief is a process and it takes as long as it takes.

Everyone in the Group has undergone training through the Archdiocese of Cardiff Family Life Commission.
