Can you play the piano or the organ?

September 5, 2025

If so, the Parish needs you! It would be good to bring together a group of people who could support our organists Chris Barry and Mary Affley. They have regularly accompanied the hymns and Mass settings every weekend but would appreciate being able to share the responsibility with others. In fact, Chris played the organ at the very first Mass celebrated in St Philip Evans church 40 years ago and has regularly done so ever since

.

A list of the hymns is always available in advance and music is provided.

If you would like to join the team, or would like further information and the opportunity to discuss this further, please speak to Chris or Mary after a weekend Mass or email music@sphilipevans.co.uk. Thank you
