Welcome to the Parish of St Philip Evans, and thank you for visiting our site.
This website is a window on a lively Catholic community which not only encompasses the north-east sector of Cardiff city (Llanederyn, Pentwyn and Pontprennau) but also serves a wider community of Catholics. We are the designated parish for deaf and hard of hearing in the Archdiocese – our 11 a.m. Sunday Mass is supported by sign language every week, and sign is also used on other major occassions. We are also the base for those who choose to worship through the Welsh language (at the 9.30 a.m. Mass on Sundays and other major events). We are indeed a multi-cultural parish!
If you have chosen St Philip Evans as your parish church, we hope that you are happy here and that you will share your time and talent to help us build up the Kingdom of God in this part of Cardiff. There are many opportunities to join with our community.
If this is your first visit, we hope you will find something of interest to you in our pages. We would be very happy to welcome you if you decide to visit our church.
If you have any questions concerning parish life, please contact us.
