As you can see from our site, we are a multi-cultural parish. We have adopted a bilingual policy (Welsh - English) and we are also the designated parish for deaf and hard of hearing in the Archdiocese.
If you have chosen St Philip Evans as your parish church, we hope that you are happy here and that you will share your time and talent to help us build up the Kingdom of God in this part of Cardiff. There are many opportunities to join with our community.
